Our Purpose
Bukit Timah Community Emergency and Engagement Committee (BT C2E), is the Bukit Timah Chapter of the Community Emergency and Engagement Committee initiative, which is a People’s Association (PA) Grassroots Initiative present at almost all electoral constituencies around Singapore. It’s aim is to help prepare residential communities in preventing and dealing with various localised emergency situations.
Through collaboration and cooperation with organisations such as the Singapore Police Force, Singapore Civil Defence Force and others, our communities can be imbued with vital safety skills and principles, in order that they are ever ready to respond to such emergencies decisively and effectively.
